The taohinhanh.online service provides an AI image generation platform with over 50 professional templates. When using the service, you agree to:

• Not use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Not upload content that infringes copyright, is offensive, or inappropriate
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the system
• Take full responsibility for all content you upload and create

3. Credit System and Payment

The service operates on a credit-based system. Each image generation costs 10-50 credits depending on the template and resolution (HD, 2K, 4K). Purchased credits are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors on our end. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, templates, and technology of taohinhanh.online are our proprietary property. Images you create using the service belong to you, but we reserve the right to use them for marketing and service improvement purposes (unless you request otherwise).

5. Data Storage and Deletion

Generated images will be stored for 3 days from the creation date. After this period, images will be automatically deleted from the system to optimize costs. Please download and store your images within this timeframe.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the best service but do not guarantee that the service will be 100% error-free at all times. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
